Why support me?

The truth is that I write because I love it, and no matter what problems or limitations enter my life, I will find a way to write regardless. But, knowing that there are people out there wanting to support me helps allot, as anyone who has tried any creative pursuit before will tell you, it can get very disheartening at times. I have set my subscription costs as low as it would allow me to - although the money helps tremendously, my focus is on building a community first. I am mostly hoping that people will choose a custom amount, anything they are comfortable giving.

My goal is community. Mainly, a community of likeminded individuals who enjoy learning and critical thought. Joining up will allow you and others to foster these passions in one another, whilst also enjoying my early bird alerts of pieces I am working on and reading lists I have found useful over the years to inform my own thinking.
